
As a major public institution of higher education, Northern Illinois University operates in a heavily regulated environment. In this setting, compliance is an integral part of university operations and organizational performance. Compliance administration involves the coordination and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to fulfill general university compliance obligations. A very wide range of state and federal legal requirements pertain to the day-to-day operations of the university.
